"OATH ON THREE"

You know what to do. We make sure you do it.

Finally Get Your Big Goal Done. Daily Enforcement That Actually Works.

High-trust enforcement for founders and executives. You don't need motivation; you need follow through.

You're not lazy. You're unsupervised.

You run a company. You manage teams. You hit deadlines for everyone else. But the goals that matter the most to you...the ones with no external deadline, no board meeting, no one checking...those keep sliding.

You've tried apps. You've tried coaches. You've tried accountability partners who let you off the hook after two weeks.

The problem isn't information. It's enforcement.
This is not coaching.

Coaches help you figure out what to do. You already know what to do.

Oath on three is an enforcement service. You declare one commitment. We hold you to it with daily check-ins and real financial consequences. No pep talks. No journaling prompts. No "how does that make you feel."

You make an oath. We enforce it. That's the entire product.
How it works
Step 1: Apply

Submit a short application. We review it within 24 hours. Not everyone gets in. This only works with people who are serious, and we screen for that.

Step 2: Declare Your Oath

You pick one commitment for the next 30 days. Not five. Not a vision board. One measurable, verifiable commitment. You also select your consequence...a preauthorization to an organization you oppose. Miss your commitment, and that donation fires automatically.

Step 3: We Enforce

Every day, you hear from us. Not a notification from an app. A real person checking whether you did what you said you'd do. No excuses accepted. No extensions. No renegotiation mid-cycle.

The teeth in the system.

When you sign up, you pre-authorize a financial consequence...a donation to an organization you genuinely oppose. A vegan donating to a cattle ranchers' association. A conservative donating to a progressive PAC. A founder donating to their competitor's favorite cause.

You can't game it. You certify you have no financial relationship with the organization. And you pick something that actually bothers you...because that's what makes it work.

This isn't a fine. It's a voluntary accountability mechanism you set for yourself. We make sure it fires when it should.

Miss your oath? The donation goes through. No appeals. No do-overs.
What you won't hear from us.

Other services and what they sound like.

Then us.

The daily check-in.

Every day, you hear from us. Here's what that looks like. This is a real enforcement exchange from a 30-day cycle. The client's oath: "Ship the landing page for my new product by March 15."

"OATH ON THREE"

This is what enforcement actually looks like.

Not theory. Not promise. These are real interactions from real enforcement cycles. Names and details changed. The pressure is not.

A missed oath.

Enforcement  only works if the consequence is real. Here's what a missed oath cycle looks like...from commitment to consequence: $500 donation to an organization they oppose.

The numbers don't lie.

Aggregated data from our enforcement cycles. When there's real money on the line and a real person checking, behavior changes fast.

Is this for you?
This is for you if:

✓ You earn $200K+ and still can’t get yourself to do the one thing that matters most

✓ You’ve tried accountability partners, apps, and coaches — and they all went easy on you

✓ You know exactly what you need to do and you’re tired of not doing it

✓ You respond to consequences, not encouragement

✓ You want someone who will never let you off the hook

This is not for you if:

✗ You need someone to help you figure out your goals

✗ You want a supportive, nurturing experience

✗ You’re looking for therapy, life coaching, or mentorship

✗ You’re not willing to put real money on the line

✗ You think you need more information before you can act

Why this exists.

Oath on Three started with a group of 50 people and a simple rule: commit to your goal publicly, put money on the line, and if you don’t follow through, you lose it.

The results were undeniable. People who had been stuck for months started executing in days. Not because they suddenly found motivation, but because the cost of inaction became real.

I spent 15 years in high-stakes regulated operations where compliance isn’t optional and deadlines don’t care about your feelings. I built Oath on Three to bring that same level of non-negotiable enforcement to the people who need it most: founders and executives who have no one above them making sure the work gets done.

Questions We Get

Is this coaching?

No. We do not provide coaching, therapy, financial advice, legal advice, or medical guidance. We are an enforcement and accountability administration service. You bring the goal. We bring the follow-through.

Is this legal?

Yes. This is a voluntary, self-directed accountability mechanism that you choose for yourself. You pre-authorize your own consequence, select the organization, and certify your eligibility. Oath on Three acts only as an administrator of your instructions. No fines. No penalties. No coercion.

What’s the minimum commitment?

The Oath requires a 3-month minimum enrollment. This isn’t a trial. Behavioral change requires sustained enforcement.

Where does the consequence money go?

To a pre-approved nonprofit organization that you select from our list — specifically one whose mission you oppose. Oath on Three never receives or handles consequence funds. We simply administer the pre-authorization you set up yourself.

Can I change my commitment mid-cycle?

No. You chose it. You declared it. That’s the oath. You can adjust at your next 30-day cycle.

What if I have a legitimate emergency?

Life happens. We have a documented exception process for genuine emergencies (medical, family, legal). But “I got busy” is not an emergency. That’s the whole point.

What if I try to game the system?

You certify at enrollment that you have no financial, employment, board, or familial connection to your selected consequence organization. If you’re trying to game an accountability system, this service isn’t for you — and we’ll know.

What if I cancel early or want a refund?

There are no refunds for early cancellation. Enforcement only works if the commitment is real. When you enroll, you agree to the full minimum term. If you’re unsure, don’t apply.

What happens if I fail repeatedly?

Then the system is working exactly as designed. The consequence fires. You feel the cost. Most clients correct behavior fast. If you’re comfortable failing without consequence, this service is not for you.

You already know what you need to do.

Stop waiting. Start you application.
